ABOUT US

Westville Homes, Inc. has been a family owned and operated business since 1971.  It was founded by Carl and Audrey Garling, who had a goal of providing quality affordable housing to people in this area.  Today, the business is owned and run by Audrey’s daughter Julie Johnson and her husband Kim.  The business has served customers from the same location on north State Street in Westville for 40 years.

Westville Homes is currently a retailer for Forest River Housing, including their Hart and Sterling lines, and Century Homes. Both these manufacturers offer a complete line of manufactured and modular homes.  All homes are built in northern Indiana.  We employ our own set-up and delivery crews in order to assure quality work.  This is our commitment to make sure that the work is done right and you receive a home you can be proud of.

In addition to the home a complete line of site work packages are available including foundations, basements, garages, patios, sidewalks, etc. Email Us
